Intro & New Features
The CCM Jetspeed FT6 hockey stick is part of the latest innovations from one of the leading names in hockey equipment. Designed with elite players in mind, this stick combines cutting-edge technology, high-end materials, and expert craftsmanship to deliver amazing performance on the ice. The FT6 features a hybrid kick point, rounded “R” geometry along the shaft, a Sigmatex spread tow weave, and an RR-90 blade.

Stick Profile
The Jetspeed line uses a hybrid kick point, which combines the benefits of both a low and high kick point. It is designed to provide a quick release for wrist and snap shots, while also delivering more power for slap shots. The hybrid kick point is achieved by using a combination of carbon fibres with different flex properties in the lower and upper parts of the shaft. The lower part of the shaft uses stiffer carbon fibres, creating a low kick point for quick releases. The upper part of the shaft uses more flexible carbon fibres, creating a higher kick point for increased power and accuracy on slap shots.

Shaft Construction
The shaft of the FT6 uses a rounded “R” geometry, which is intended to provide a more comfortable and natural grip and a better feel for the player compared to traditional “T” geometry. This shape is also designed to reduce air resistance when in use, increasing shot speed and accuracy.
The shaft uses a Sigmatex spread tow weave, which involves the use of ultra-thin carbon fibers woven together in a unique pattern to create a lightweight and strong material. This weave can be found along both the shaft and the blade and results in several performance benefits. The material is lighter than traditional carbon fiber, making it lighter and easier to handle and maneuver.

Blade Construction
The RR-90 blade is designed to provide a lightweight and responsive blade with excellent puck control and feel. It features a Damp-Core construction, which is a lightweight foam material designed to absorb vibrations and dampen impact forces. This helps to reduce blade chatter and improve puck control, allowing players to make more accurate shots and passes. In addition, the blade features Peel-Ply technology, which is a surface finish intended to reduce weight and increase consistency in the material.

Graphics
The graphics on the FT6 are dark with silver and red accents throughout, with a visible weave and the new modern Jetspeed logo along the side.

Grip
The grip on the FT6 is a raised FT Microfeel grip between the middle and lower portions of the shaft to ensure perfect control when playing.

Blade Patterns, Flex & Stick Length
The Jetspeed FT6 Junior hockey stick is available in the following blade patterns: P28, P29, P88, P90TM.
P28 is a more aggressive stick pattern, often used by elite players and favoured by younger generations. This blade specializes in quick shots, but it can be a bit difficult to control. Young players will have very little problem raising the puck on the forehand with this pattern.
P29 is the best blade pattern for all-around play, with a mid-curve style. It is great at handling the puck in small spaces, including face-offs. This curve may suffer a little bit on the backhand.
P88 is a relatively traditional curve. A popular choice in the past, it excels greatly in stickhandling, quick wrist shots, and controlling snap shots.
P90TM takes elements from both the P29 and P28 and is just a bit taller.
