New for 2022 from CCM are the Tacks 550 gloves. These gloves were designed for the recreational player looking for gear with comfortable and protective features at a more affordable price point. They feature many classic materials and frameworks to live up to the expectation.
External Material
The AS 550 takes a recreational build and design, meaning its comfort and durability have been enhanced. The polyester-weaved exterior ensures toughness in the gloves while still keeping them waterproof and lightweight.
Finger Design & Protection
The fingers all take a two-piece design and are equipped with PE foam and PE inserts to cover your hands from harm. PE material in hockey protectives is a common choice due to its light weight and tough composition.
Backhand Protection
Similar to the fingers, the backhand also uses PE foam with PE inserts for good coverage.
Thumb Design
The thumb provides decent mobility with its PE-injected thumb framework. The gloves have a one-piece thumb construction.
Cuff Design
The cuff used on the AS 550 glove is a pre-angled, one-piece open cuff. This design offers good range of motion while additionally keeping you covered and protected.
Palm Material & Gussets
The AS 550 gloves use a Nash palm with a Nash reinforcement. Nash is the traditional choice for palm material due to its great feel and toughness. At all levels of play, CCM recognizes the necessity of a tougher palm. Palms can easily wear down more quickly than the rest of the glove after constant friction from contact with the stick and your hands. That’s why they added the extra Nash reinforcement right along where the glove comes in contact with the stick.
Liner
The inside of the glove is lined with PU cushion foam and a sublimated laminated liner for a smooth and soft, game-ready feel. The laminated liner is water-resistant and durable, ensuring it lasts longer.

The CCM Tacks AS550 Junior Hockey Gloves come in 10”, 11”, and 12” sizes in the following colourways: Black/White and Navy/White.

Returns
We are not able to manage the stock at our warehouse and factory. So the actual stock may alter at any time. It's possible that your order may be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
The policy is 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a complete refund or exchange.
You can only return a product when it's unopened and still in the same condition when you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging.
